How Google user data is used

The app requests one sensitive Google OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

With that scope, and only for the Business Profile locations on the Google account you connect, the app will:

  • List the locations you own or manage.
  • Read reviews on those locations and any existing owner reply.
  • Create, update, or delete an owner reply when you approve that action, or when you have turned on auto-post for that review.

Sign-in also uses your Google account so the app knows which profile to open. The app receives the account identifier, name, and email address needed to keep you signed in and to reply if you write to us.

Review text is used to draft a reply for that same business. A model provider may process that review only to return the draft. The draft is not used to train AI models, and Google user data is not used to train AI models.

What the app does not do

  • It does not solicit reviews, pay for reviews, or tell you which customers to ask.
  • It does not filter, hide, or gate which reviews you see.
  • It does not edit business information: name, address, phone, hours, categories, description, photos, or posts.
  • It does not sell Google user data or share it for advertising.
  • It does not use Google user data to train AI models.
  • A person does not read your reviews or replies unless you consent to that, such as when you ask for help with a specific item. Security investigations and the law are the other cases, and they are spelled out in the privacy policy.
  • Review data used to draft replies is deleted when you disconnect.
