Keller Digital Review Replies

A self-serve web app for small local businesses: contractors, marinas, salons, and restaurants. You sign in with Google and authorize access to the Google Business Profile you already manage.

The app lists your locations, reads the reviews on those locations, and drafts a reply to each review. You edit the draft and approve it before it is posted. You can turn on auto-post for reviews you choose, edit or delete a reply later, and disconnect whenever you want.

Google user data from the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage is used only to list those locations, read those reviews, and publish replies you approve. It is not sold, not used for ads, and not used to train AI models. Review data stored for your business is deleted when you disconnect. The Privacy Policy is the same document linked from this page and the one to list on the OAuth consent screen: https://kellerdigital.dev/privacy.

Early access is an email to andy@kellerdigital.dev. This marketing site has no sign-in and no account form. Sign-in with Google will live in the app.

Product illustration. The review below is invented so the screen is easy to picture. It is not a customer, and it is not a testimonial.

Example location

Harbor Lane Marine

“The dock crew had us tied up before the storm line arrived.”

Draft reply, waiting for the owner

Thank you for trusting the dock crew when the weather turned. We are glad you were secured before it arrived.

How it works

  1. Sign in with Google

You use the Google account that already manages your Business Profile. The app does not ask customers to sign in, and it does not collect reviews through its own form.

  2. Authorize your own profile

You grant https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. That is the Google scope that lets an app work with a Business Profile the account manages. You can revoke it in your Google Account at any time.

  3. See locations and reviews

The app lists your locations and reads the reviews on them, including any reply you have already posted.

  4. Edit the draft, then approve it

A draft reply is prepared for each review. Nothing is posted until you approve it. If you turn on auto-post, it applies only to the reviews you chose.

  5. Edit, delete, or disconnect

You can change or remove a reply the app posted. Disconnecting removes the app’s access and deletes the review data stored for that business.

How Google user data is used

The app requests one sensitive Google OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage

With that scope, and only for the Business Profile locations on the Google account you connect, the app will:

  • List the locations you own or manage.
  • Read reviews on those locations and any existing owner reply.
  • Create, update, or delete an owner reply when you approve that action, or when you have turned on auto-post for that review.

Sign-in also uses your Google account so the app knows which profile to open. The app receives the account identifier, name, and email address needed to keep you signed in and to reply if you write to us.

Review text is used to draft a reply for that same business. A model provider may process that review only to return the draft. The draft is not used to train AI models, and Google user data is not used to train AI models.

What the app does not do

  • It does not solicit reviews, pay for reviews, or tell you which customers to ask.
  • It does not filter, hide, or gate which reviews you see.
  • It does not edit business information: name, address, phone, hours, categories, description, photos, or posts.
  • It does not sell Google user data or share it for advertising.
  • It does not use Google user data to train AI models.
  • A person does not read your reviews or replies unless you consent to that, such as when you ask for help with a specific item. Security investigations and the law are the other cases, and they are spelled out in the privacy policy.
  • Review data used to draft replies is deleted when you disconnect.

Keller Digital LLC follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The full statement of what is accessed, why, where it is stored, when it is shared, and when it is deleted is in the Privacy Policy, with the Limited Use section at the Limited Use heading.

Who it is for

Owners who already have a Google Business Profile and want to answer reviews themselves.

  • Contractors
  • Marinas
  • Salons
  • Restaurants
  • Other small local businesses with the same need

This is not a review-generation product. It does not find customers, request reviews, or decide which reviews the public sees. Google shows the reviews. The owner decides which replies go up.
