Keller Digital builds websites for small local businesses. The pages are fast, written in plain language, and hosted so they stay up. There is no tracking script on the sites we ship for this kind of work unless you ask for one, and this marketing site does not use any.
Search, for people and for Google
- A title and description on every page that say what the page is.
- One clear address for each page, with a canonical link.
- A sitemap and a robots.txt file.
- Headings, contact details, and prices written on the page, not hidden in an image.
Ready for AI search and agents
People now ask chat tools for a plumber, a school, or a marina. Those tools need the same facts a person needs, in a form a machine can quote.
- Structured data. JSON-LD that names the business, the services, and the pages. This site publishes LocalBusiness and ProfessionalService. A local business site might publish the type that matches it, such as the school site in the case study.
- llms.txt. A short text file at a stable URL that lists the business, the pages, and the facts an assistant should not have to scrape out of a design.
- Clear content. Sentences a person can read out loud. Stable URLs. No maze of buttons that only a browser can click.

A site we already shipped
Ronin Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Chester, Maryland, is live at https://ronin-bjj.com. Keller Digital built it and hosts it on Cloudflare. The case study sticks to what is on that site. It does not invent traffic numbers or rankings.
