Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026
Keller Digital LLC, Queenstown, Maryland

These terms are an agreement between you and Keller Digital LLC (“Keller Digital,” “we”) for use of Keller Digital Review Replies (the “Service”) at kellerdigital.dev.

The Privacy Policy at https://kellerdigital.dev/privacy explains how Google user data is handled. On that subject, the privacy policy controls if these terms and the privacy policy ever differ.

1. The Service

The Service is a self-serve web app. You sign in with Google, authorize access to a Google Business Profile you manage, read reviews on your locations, and review AI-drafted replies. You edit and approve a reply before it is posted. You may turn on auto-post for reviews you choose. You may edit or delete replies. You may disconnect at any time.

The Service is in early access. Features can change while it is in early access. This website describes the product and collects early-access email. It does not itself sign you in.

2. Early access and price

Pricing is $19–29/mo, early access. Paid plans are not open yet. We will tell you the price and get your agreement before we charge you. Emailing andy@kellerdigital.dev to join the early-access list does not create a paid subscription and does not require a payment card.

3. Your Google account

You must use a Google account you are allowed to use. You must connect only Business Profiles you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You are responsible for replies you approve and for replies posted because you turned on auto-post. Drafts are suggestions. Read them. A draft can be wrong, off-brand, or incomplete. Google decides what it publishes and may remove content under Google’s own rules.

Your use of Google APIs also follows Google’s terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

5. Your content

You keep your business information, your review replies, and the other content of your Google Business Profile. You give Keller Digital permission to process that material only to provide the Service, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can withdraw that permission by disconnecting. Disconnecting deletes stored Google user data as the privacy policy describes. Replies already published on Google stay on your profile until you edit or delete them.

6. Our content

Keller Digital owns the Service, including its software and the text of this website, other than your content and Google’s content. These terms do not grant you Keller Digital’s name or branding, and they do not grant Keller Digital your business’s name.

7. Privacy

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. Keller Digital LLC’s handling of Google user data is limited to that policy, including its Limited Use statement.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is in early access and is provided as available. We do not warrant that a draft will be accurate, that Google will keep offering the APIs the Service uses, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Keller Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost goodwill, arising out of the Service or these terms. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid us. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the Service and disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we stop offering the Service, or if we need to protect the Service or other people. Sections that by their nature should continue, including privacy commitments for data still held, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue after access ends.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Maryland may hear disputes arising out of these terms or the Service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service moves out of early access or when the product changes. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using the Service after the new date, the updated terms apply. The current terms are at https://kellerdigital.dev/terms.
